Job Description: Vegetable Cutter

Location: Kitchen

Shift: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Cut, slice, and dice a variety of vegetables according to recipes and food safety standards
• Prepare ingredients for different dishes such as salads, stir-fries, soups, and stews
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation
• Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain freshness and quality of ingredients

Skill Sets:

• Experience in using knives and other kitchen tools for vegetable cutting
• Knowledge of different vegetable varieties and their texture and flavor profiles
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Attention to detail and focus on food presentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
