We are seeking experienced Welding & Painting QC Inspectors to ensure the quality and compliance of welding and painting processes in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of welding and painting processes to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
• Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests on welds and painted surfaces
• Document and report findings to relevant stakeholders
• Identify and address non-conformities and recommend corrective actions
• Participate in quality audits and assessments

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of welding and painting processes and techniques
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g. AWS D1.1, SSPC, NACE)
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Certifications in welding or painting inspection (e.g. CWI, NACE CIP) are preferred
