A waiter/waitress is responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to customers. They must provide excellent customer service and ensure that all guests have a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Take orders from customers and input them into the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and on time
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
