We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor-AC to join our team. The Supervisor-AC will be responsible for overseeing and managing the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. They will ensure that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of technicians and provide guidance and support as needed
• Plan and schedule AC system installations and maintenance tasks
• Inspect and test air conditioning systems to identify issues and make necessary repairs
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget
• Train new employees on proper installation and maintenance techniques
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems and their components
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Certification in HVAC installation and repair is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
