Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes including dosas, idlis, sambhar, and chutneys
• Create traditional South Indian recipes with authentic flavors and ingredients
• Ensure high quality and consistent taste of all dishes served
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and cooking equipment
• Manage inventory and stock of ingredients needed for South Indian cuisine

Skill Sets:

• Proficient in South Indian cooking techniques and recipes
• Knowledge of spices and ingredients used in South Indian cuisine
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
