We are looking for a Quality Control Piping Inspector to ensure that all piping systems meet industry standards and client specifications. The QC Piping Inspector will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and documenting the quality of piping installations on construction sites.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect piping systems to verify compliance with project specifications and industry standards
• Perform visual inspections, dimensional checks, and non-destructive testing of piping components
• Ensure that proper welding techniques are used and inspect welded joints for quality
• Document inspection results and create reports for project management and clients
• Collaborate with engineering teams to address any quality issues and ensure corrective actions are taken
• Participate in site meetings and coordinate with contractors to resolve any quality-related issues

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of piping materials, fabrication techniques, and installation practices
• Experience with pipe testing methods, such as hydrostatic and pneumatic testing
• Ability to read and interpret piping drawings, isometric diagrams, and shop drawings
• Certification in welding inspection or Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality assurance
