Job Description:

The Plumbing Foreman oversees all aspects of plumbing projects, including planning, organizing, and managing the team of plumbers. They are responsible for ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The Plumbing Foreman also communicates with clients, vendors, and other contractors to coordinate project details.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of plumbing team members
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Order materials and supplies needed for projects
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to junior staff members
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other tradespeople
