• Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, cleaning, and repairing any imperfections
• Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
• Protect surfaces from paint drips and splatters by using drop cloths and masking tape
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired outcomes
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards
• Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment
• Adhere to safety regulations and precautions while working
