Responsibilities:

• Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, priming, and filling holes or cracks
• Choose and mix paint colors
• Apply paint with brushes, rollers, or spray guns
• Create decorative finishes such as stenciling or faux painting
• Ensure all work is done in a safe and efficient manner
• Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and provide excellent customer service

Skill Sets:

• Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment
• Knowledge of paint types and finishes
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physical stamina and strength to work on feet for long periods and lift heavy objects
