Job Description: Bus Driver

Responsibilities:

• Operate light or heavy buses to transport passengers along designated routes
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and safe bus interior for passengers
• Collect fares from passengers and provide change as needed
• Assist passengers with disabilities as necessary
• Keep accurate records of bus routes, schedules, and passenger counts

Skill Sets:

1. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement
2. Excellent driving record with no accidents or traffic violations
3. Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with a diverse group of passengers
4. Ability to work independently and follow a set schedule
5. Good knowledge of local roads and routes
