Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and ensuring the safety of patrons in and around the swimming area
• Responding swiftly and effectively in emergency situations
• Enforcing rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment
• Providing basic first aid when needed
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the pool area

Skill Sets:

• Must be a certified lifeguard
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water rescue techniques
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
• Physical stamina and endurance
