As a Junior Technician, you will be responsible for assisting senior technicians in providing technical support and maintenance services. You will be tasked with troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software issues, as well as setting up and configuring computer systems and networks. Additionally, you will be expected to document and track technical issues and assist in the implementation of technology projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior technicians in troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software issues
• Install, set up, and configure computer systems and networks
• Document and track technical issues and resolutions
• Assist in the implementation of technology projects
• Provide technical support to end-users
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets
