Job Description:

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees and manages the daily operations of the housekeeping department. They are responsible for ensuring that all areas of the property are clean and well-maintained, and that guest rooms are prepared to company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising and managing a team of housekeeping staff
• Creating and implementing cleaning schedules
• Training new staff members
• Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies
• Inspecting rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness
• Handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
