The Doorman is responsible for maintaining security and control over the entrance of a building or establishment. They are the first point of contact for visitors and play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of the premises.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Monitor and control access to the building by checking identification and ensuring only authorized individuals enter
• Provide assistance to residents or guests as needed, such as carrying luggage or hailing cabs
• Respond to emergencies or security concerns and take appropriate action to resolve the situation
• Maintain a log of visitors and deliveries to the building
• Report any suspicious activity or incidents to management or authorities
