• Greet and assist guests arriving and departing from the hotel
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel amenities
• Handle guests' luggage with care and deliver them to their rooms promptly
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements and other requests
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby and entrance area

• Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry luggage
