The COMMIS I-BUTCHERY is responsible for assisting the head butcher in preparing and cutting meat for sales and customer orders. They must have a strong understanding of different cuts of meat and be able to work efficiently and accurately to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the head butcher in preparing meat cuts and products
• Cut and trim meat according to customer requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the butchery department
• Monitor meat inventory and communicate any shortages to management
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer any inquiries about products
