We are looking for a skilled Carpet and Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing various types of carpet, hardwood, laminate, tile, and vinyl flooring. As a Carpet and Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for measuring and cutting materials, preparing surfaces, and installing flooring according to specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Measure rooms and calculate materials needed
• Inspect and prepare subfloors
• Cut and lay carpet, hardwood, laminate, tile, and vinyl flooring
• Install flooring according to manufacturer's instructions
• Trim edges and corners
• Clean up job site and remove waste materials
• Ensure customer satisfaction

Skill Sets:

• Proven experience as a Carpet and Flooring Installer
• Knowledge of different flooring materials and installation techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and floor plans
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physical stamina and strength to lift and carry heavy materials
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
