As a Team Leader (TL) Gardner, you will be responsible for managing a team of gardeners and ensuring the successful maintenance and care of all plants, flowers, and green spaces in a designated area.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising and providing guidance to a team of gardeners to ensure high-quality work is carried out
• Planning and organizing gardening tasks, including planting, weeding, watering, and pruning
• Managing the maintenance of all gardening tools and equipment
• Developing and implementing plant care plans to ensure the health and vibrancy of all green spaces
• Monitoring and reporting on the progress and success of gardening projects
• Working closely with other departments to coordinate landscaping efforts
