Job Description: Rope Access Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the team of rope access technicians to ensure safe and efficient completion of tasks
• Plan and coordinate work projects, including scheduling, equipment setup, and safety procedures
• Monitor and enforce compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Provide training and guidance to team members on rope access techniques and safety protocols
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work sites to identify potential hazards and ensure proper safety measures are in place
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including reports, logs, and incident records

Skill Sets:

• Valid Level 3 Rope Access Supervisor certification
• Demonstrated experience in supervising rope access teams in various work environments
• Strong knowledge of rope access techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to problem solve and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
• Attention to detail and commitment to following strict safety standards
