Job Description: QC Inspector-Coating

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting inspections of coating processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Performing visual inspections of coated products for defects
• Using various testing equipment to measure coating thickness and adhesion
• Documenting inspection results and reporting any non-conformances to the appropriate personnel
• Assisting with troubleshooting any quality issues that arise during the coating process
• Working closely with production teams to ensure quality standards are maintained

Required Skill Sets:

• Knowledge of coating processes and techniques
• Experience with quality control inspections in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with testing equipment such as micrometers and adhesion testers
• Attention to detail and strong observational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
