The Pool Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of pool operations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for guests. They will manage lifeguards, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lifeguards and ensure proper coverage at all times
• Maintain clean and safe pool area, including regular cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure the safety of all guests
• Respond to any emergencies or incidents that occur in or around the pool
• Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or complaints
• Manage inventory of pool supplies and equipment
• Coordinate and oversee pool events and activities

Skill Sets

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Experience in pool operations or lifeguarding preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
