We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing Supervisor to oversee a team of plumbing technicians and manage all aspects of plumbing projects. The Plumbing Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and delegate tasks to plumbing technicians.
• Plan and schedule plumbing projects based on deadlines and budget constraints.
• Ensure all work meets code requirements and is completed to a high standard of quality.
• Provide training and mentorship to plumbing technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Maintain inventory and order necessary materials and equipment for projects.
• Communicate with clients to address any concerns or issues that may arise during projects.

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and components.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience in project management and scheduling.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges on-site.
• Certification or licensure as a plumber is preferred.
