Job Description: Lifeguard Trainer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for lifeguards on water safety, rescue techniques, and first aid/CPR.
• Evaluate lifeguards' skills and performance during training sessions and provide feedback for improvement.
• Create and update training materials and resources to ensure lifeguards are well-prepared for emergencies.
• Coordinate with lifeguard supervisors to schedule training sessions and track lifeguard certifications.
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for lifeguards during training sessions.

Skill Sets:

• Current lifeguard certification and experience in lifeguarding.
• Certification as a lifeguard instructor or trainer.
• Strong knowledge of water safety protocols, rescue techniques, and first aid/CPR procedures.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and support to lifeguards during training.
