Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee all landscaping projects from start to finish
• Manage a team of landscapers and ensure they are meeting project deadlines
• Create and implement landscaping designs according to client specifications
• Maintain and care for all landscaping equipment
• Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
• Monitor project budgets and expenses
• Keep up-to-date with landscaping trends and techniques

Skill Sets:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscaping
• Previous supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of plants, trees, and landscaping materials
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of budgeting and project management
• Certification in landscaping or related field is a plus
