Job Description: Inventory Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations
• Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Assist in preparing orders for shipment
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and identifying reorder needs
• Keep inventory storage areas clean and organized
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient inventory management

Skill Sets:

• Attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy items
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Previous experience in inventory management is a plus
• Knowledge of inventory tracking software is a plus
