Job Title: HVAC Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC technicians and contractors in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during HVAC projects
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, equipment inventory, and maintenance schedules
• Provide training and guidance to HVAC technicians on safety procedures and best practices
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations
• Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and answer any questions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve technical issues
• Attention to detail and focus on quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with project management and scheduling
• Understanding of relevant codes and regulations
• Certification or licensure in HVAC preferred
