The Housekeeping Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and organization in a designated facility. They will delegate tasks, inspect work quality, and provide training and guidance to team members.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff.
• Assign tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
• Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness and organization.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing guidance and feedback.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to management.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
