The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment for guests in a hotel or other hospitality setting. The role involves cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities to ensure a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy guest rooms and bathrooms according to hotel standards
• Vacuum, mop, and dust common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and staircases
• Change linens, towels, and toiletries as needed
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests in a timely manner
