Job Description: Heavy Vehicle Driver

Responsibilities:

1. Transport goods and materials from one place to another using a heavy vehicle.
2. Operate and drive trucks or tractor-trailers to transport goods and materials.
3. Follow safety regulations and traffic laws while driving the vehicle.
4. Maintain the vehicle in good working condition by performing regular maintenance checks.
5. Load and unload goods from the vehicle as needed.
6. Keep records of materials and goods transported.
7. Communicate with dispatchers and other drivers using radios or mobile devices.

Skill Sets:

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
• Good driving record with no traffic violations.',
• Ability to operate and drive heavy vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Physical strength and stamina to load and unload goods.
• Good communication skills to interact with dispatchers and other drivers.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions.
