A Control Technician is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting control systems in industrial settings. They are essential in ensuring that machinery and equipment operate efficiently and effectively to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair control systems in industrial facilities
• Program and configure PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and SCADA systems
• Troubleshoot control system issues and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on control equipment
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize control systems
