As a COMMIS 1, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of various dishes in a professional kitchen environment. You will work under the supervision of the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen team.

• Assisting in cooking and plating dishes
• Keeping the kitchen clean and organized

• Following recipes and instructions from senior kitchen staff
