• Cutting, trimming, and grinding meat to customer specifications

• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the meat preparation area
• Ensuring proper storage and handling of meat products
• Providing excellent customer service and answering customer questions

Skill Sets:

• Knowledge of different cuts of meat and how to prepare them
• Ability to use butcher equipment, such as knives and saws, safely and effectively
